MotorcycleFairingSource.com is not affiliated with any company or manufacturer listed on MotorcycleFairingSource.com. If you intend to purchase OEM parts, please purchase them from your respective dealer or dealership. It is important to note MotorcycleFairingSource.com does not use OEM moulds produced by the same manufacturer as OEM fairings, nor does MotorcycleFairingSource.com have access to OEM color codes or specs.  MotorcycleFairingSource.com tries their very best to provide the consumer with detailed descriptions and photographs of each and every fairing kit, however MotorcycleFairingSource.com makes no guarantee's and is not responsible for slight differences or minor changes; this includes but is not limited to decal differences, slight coloring differences, positioning of graphics/decals etc.

Customization: Any customer ordering a custom fairing set from MotorcycleFairingSource.com understands that these “custom” kits are not returnable. This includes but is not limited to custom coloring, custom decaling, adding or removing of decals, removing of colors etc.

Order Acceptance: The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. MotorcycleFairingSource.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and MotorcycleFairingSource.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) All Fairings are paint to order and considored special order ONLY which means there is no cancellations once the order has been submitted on our website.

Transfer of Title: All items are shipped FOB shipping point. That means that once that once the goods (your purchase) ship from our facility, factory, warehouse, or factory of any location, and the purchased good are in the hands of a shipping company, the sale is considered complete and delivery is between you and the carrier. MotorcycleFairingSource.com will record all details of the shipment including, your specified shipping address, image of shipping label, and confirmation from the post office.

Damaged Shipment : In the event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact our offices within 24 hours and save all boxes, packing material, etc. We will file an insurance claim and promptly resolve the situation with a new un-damaged item.

Product & Sale Policy: Incorrect, damaged, or missing item[s] must be reported within 72 hours of the time the product[s] are received to be elegible for damaged goods replacement parts.  Alls sales are final at time of purchase and not elgible for return or refund.  You mount it, you bought it. All warranties and liabilities of product[s] are null and void as a result of improper installation, improper use, modifications, customization of product[s] and abuse of product[s].
